Biting the Bullet!!

Hello Family and Friends!
I figured that I should suck it up and start a blog. My intentions for this is to keep you all filled in on the Lenz Household. Ashton is growing so fast I feel like I can't keep up with the little guy and also keep everyone informed on all the new things he is doing. So here we go.......... Here's a fast recap.

Ashton was born Feburary 7th 2012:

Ashton 2 weeks old





 

3 Months old!!! Loved this little outfit.

4 Months old and all ready to go to Dad's first Softball practice!

5 months and ready for a dip in the pool at Nana's!! Cousin Ben is the best. He is really the only one that can get Ashton rolling with laughter. It is so sweet to see how much my sisters kids love their cousin.

Asthon loved playing with this toy!! He could spend up to half an hour pulling on his "bugs" and making them sing. Always such a good boy when playing.

His very first Toby Mac concert!!! And not the last I am sure. :) We went to Hill Alive this year. It was such a quick last minute planned trip, but so much fun!! We love the Black Hills and plan on doing many more trips down there in the future.

7 Months old!!! Where the time goes I don't know. This kid loves his Momma's Ipad. Don't you just love his sweet fuzzy head. It gets lots of kisses in this house hold.

Ashton's first Birthday party he was invited to. I don't think he really knew what was going on but it was fun for Mom and Dad as well. Doesn't he make a cute fireman??

Ahh yes the summer was not complete without many trips to the lake!! Ashton is quite the chick magnet. Luke is starting dislike taking him public by himself. He says he get too much attention. How can you resist a kid like this. If I saw a kid this cute I would push over an old lady to get to him. But then again I am bias.

Not crawling yet.....but I think it could come soon. Now his main source of travel is rolling.

He just loves his Daddy!! And well his hat too! He also got his first tooth and had to try it out on something.

Ashton got his first cold this past week. :(  And of course it was when I had to work. The one weekend out of the entire month. :( But his Daddy did a great job with him and took such great care of him. Poor little guy was so tired he fell asleep in his bouncer.

Ahhh HAPPY 8 MONTHS  Ashton Paul Lenz!!
